My Story
My name is Emily Sparrow. Over three years ago I was your average professional women, working 60 to 80 hours a week (too much!), and I used my career as an excuse to get out-of-shape. Truthfully, I was unhappy with my body… and miserable with my career.
I had always been very active as a child and really disappointed that I had let fitness become such a low priority in my life. I decided I needed a change, so I joined a Boot Camp class, and fell back in love with the way working out consistently made me feel.
Consequently, this led to many positive changes in my life and I started eating healthy food, taught boot camp classes, did a detox-cleanse and most importantly started working out regularly…
The results of my efforts were the best part!
I went from:
- 133.5 lbs to 127 lbs
- 31 lbs of fat to 17.5 lbs of fat (lost 14 lbs)
- 23.5% body fat to 13.5% (lost 10%!)
- Tired all the time to having an abundance of energy
- Insatiable passion for fitness and health
