This program is what I like to call “Slow + Steady” progress because with this program you meet with one of our trainers just once per week.  It’s a slow start and many people find it’s not enough to help them get into a routine and see results and/or it’s too slow of a start. Best suited for those who have the motivation to get to the gym on their own, however they need guidance on what to do once they’re there.

Partner sessions can be very fun and motivating… some people actually perform better with a partner. Workout with a friend for nearly half the cost!
