Hello Friends,
My name is Sammie Kennedy. Just over a year ago, I was your average unfit 22-year old girl, who never played a
sport or picked-up a weight in my life. Truthfully, I was
disgusted and miserable with my body… and myself.
With some inspiration from my boyfriend (now fiancé), I read the best health and fitness books, worked out regularly, and ate healthy.
The results, I went from:
142 lbs to 116 lbs
25.5% body fat to 13.5%
A size 6 to a size 2 (lowest size ever)
Low self-esteem to entering my first FAME™ Fitness Model Competition ever - my first competition since eighth grade public speaking :)
Tired all the time to having an abundance of energy
